Broadbeach Building Inspections
Broadbeach is very popular with locals and holiday-makers. This is mainly due to the great combination of sunshine, golden beaches, excellent shopping and wonderful Broadbeach accommodation options. Closer to the beach you’ll find an array of holiday apartments and high rises, but on the other side of the casino and convention centre are smaller apartment buildings and some beautiful homes on the waterfront.
The surf at Broadbeach is some of Australia’s best and with two Surf Life Saving Clubs in the vicinity it is quite safe for swimmers and surfers alike. The Kurrawa Surf Club is a local favourite with a fully licensed Bistro that offers an extensive food and beverage menu at cheap prices.
Broadbeach is a prominent dining precinct on the Gold Coast with a wonderful variety of restaurants presenting cuisines from all around the globe and all budgets. The bar scene is also on the way up with many boutique bars and fashionable nightclubs.
Broadbeach is the Gold Coast’s shopping mecca. From the department stores, designer labels, major chains and specialty stores located at Pacific Fair and the Oasis to the boutiques under the Phoenician, Oracle and the new Aria Building you’ll find something for every occasion. There’s also the Art & Craft Markets each week.
There is so much to do in Broadbeach. The golden beaches are patrolled and the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club is great for a large seafood meal, bet on the pokies or meetings with friends.
There are also many parks with playgrounds in the area making it ideal for family picnics and having a game of touch football.
Broadbeach is also home to the Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival held annually during May plus a range of other community festivals (check out this awesome list). The Star Gold Coast is also located in Broadbeach with a number of great restaurants and bars, a theatre and not to mention the 24 hour gaming area! Or you can attend the latest expo or show at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
